Concrete pour partial zone 1.	1. Overhead pump pouring concrete. 2. Concrete trucks driving in and out of gate 2.	1. Stay clear of the concrete pump truck. 2.Avoid walking under the pump while pour is in progress. 3. Stay clear of the access point at gate 2. Look both ways before crossing.
Placing rebar in footing along gridlines 14-16/ F-	1. Fall hazard along edges of footings deeper than 4’. 2. Slip/Trip hazards when passing materials down into the footing from higher elevation.	1. Follow all signage along the footing edges (Red tape etc). 2. Safe access in and out of footings deeper than 4’ using ladders. 3. General awareness of surroundings and proper technique when handling heavy materials.
Securing perimeter wall dowels.	1. Puncture wound hazard around exposed vertical and horizontal rebar.	1. Dowel protection wherever necessary. Ensure 2x4s are secured.
