3 Major Causes of Back Strain
 Poor Lifting Technique: Bending at the waist and twisting while holding a heavy load puts immense pressure on the lumbar (lower) spine.
 Overexertion: Trying to lift something too heavy or awkward by yourself instead of asking for help or using a mechanical aid.
 Cumulative Strain: Sitting or standing in poor postures for hours, or repetitive bending without resting.
